Acceptance

By accessing or using Imose Mobile services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

Services

Imose Mobile provides a comprehensive suite of telecommunication services including but not limited to SIM registration, voice/SMS/data connectivity, device sales, and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) financing options.

SIM Registration & KYC

In compliance with national regulations, mandatory registration with a valid government-issued ID is required for all SIM card activations. Failure to provide accurate KYC information may result in service denial.

User Responsibilities

Users must engage with Imose Mobile services lawfully. Any illegal use, misuse, or deliberate interference with network infrastructure is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Billing & Payments

Services are provided on a prepaid or installment-based model depending on the selected plan. Users are responsible for all charges incurred under their account.

Promotions & Offers

All promotions, bonuses, and special offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Imose reserves the right to withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.

Buy Now, Pay Later

Devices acquired under the BNPL scheme remain the exclusive property of Imose Mobile until full and final payment is received. Defaulting on payments may lead to device locking or retrieval.

Acceptable Use

The network must not be used for transmitting spam, engaging in fraudulent activities, or distributing malicious software. Violations will result in immediate termination.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount. The collection, storage, and processing of user data are strictly governed by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, Imose Mobile provides no guarantee of completely error-free operation or uninterrupted network coverage due to factors beyond our control.

Suspension & Termination

Imose Mobile reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately and without notice for identified breaches of these terms or suspected fraudulent activities.

Refund Policy

Purchases of digital goods, including Airtime and Data bundles, are strictly non-refundable once successfully delivered to the target account or device.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imose Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Amendments

Imose reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
